Refund Policy
1. Policy Overview
At Ace All Solution, we strive to provide the highest quality financial and accounting services. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a client wishes to cancel a service. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are processed.
2. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request a cancellation of services subject to the following conditions:
- Before Work Begins: If a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of payment and before our team has started working on your file/application, a 100% refund of the professional fees will be issued.
- Work In Progress: If the work has partially commenced (e.g., documents verified, draft prepared), a partial refund may be issued after deducting a service charge (minimum 50%).
- Service Completed: Once a service (like ITR Filing, GST Registration, or Project Report) has been completed or submitted to the relevant government portal, no refund will be granted.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that the following charges are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Government Fees & Challans: Any fees paid to the Government of India (MCA, Income Tax Dept, GSTN) on your behalf.
- Third-Party Fees: Charges for digital signatures (DSC), stamp papers, or notary services.
- Late Fees/Penalties: Any penalties paid due to delay in document submission by the client.
4. Loan & Funding Services
For Corporate Loans, Home Loans, or Project Funding services:
- Consultation Fees: The initial consultation or file login fees are non-refundable, as they cover the time and expertise of our financial advisors.
- Rejection by Bank: Ace All Solution assists in the process but does not guarantee loan approval. If a loan application is rejected by the Bank/NBFC due to credit score issues or document discrepancies, the processing fee paid to us is non-refundable.
5. Refund Processing Time
If a refund request is approved by our management team:
- The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- The amount will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account/UPI/Credit Card) used during the transaction.
