Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Ace All Solution. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the financial services provided by our firm, led by Mr. Balram Jha. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Scope of Services

Ace All Solution provides professional financial consultancy and accounting services, including but not limited to:

  • Accounting & Bookkeeping Services.
  • Income Tax (ITR) & GST Filing/Registration.
  • Corporate Business Loans & Project Finance Consulting.
  • Risk Management & Insurance Advisory.
  • Strategic Investment Planning & Wealth Management.

While we strive for accuracy, our advice is based on current laws which are subject to change by the Government of India.

3. Client Obligations

To ensure the best results, the Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely financial documents (Bank Statements, PAN, Aadhar, etc.).
  • Declare true income sources to avoid legal discrepancies.
  • Ace All Solution will not be held responsible for penalties arising from incorrect data provided by the client.

4. Payments & Refunds

Service Fees: Professional fees for services (like ITR filing, Company Registration) must be paid in advance or as agreed upon mutually.

Refund Policy: Fees once paid for services already rendered (e.g., application submitted to Govt portal) are non-refundable. However, if a service is cancelled before processing begins, a refund may be issued at the discretion of the management.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ace All Solution acts as a consultant and advisor. We are not liable for:

  • Any losses incurred due to market fluctuations in investments (Mutual Funds/Stocks).
  • Rejection of Loan applications by Banks/NBFCs (as approval is at the sole discretion of the lender).
  • Penalties levied by Income Tax or GST departments due to delay in data submission by the client.

6. Loan & Investment Disclaimer

We assist in the process of obtaining loans and planning investments. However, we do not guarantee:

  • Specific returns on investments (ROI).
  • 100% approval of business or personal loans.

All investment decisions should be made after careful consideration of risk factors.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. All financial documents shared with Ace All Solution are kept strictly confidential and are used solely for the purpose of the requested service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
